Allow entry of negative quantities item

Unified does not allow negative quantities in units and therefore no negative amount. Sometimes for errors or price adjustments this option would be useful (as we already do by panel). Ideally who has permissions for it.

It also does not allow to modify the price in the items that we have marked as supported.
