Whatsapp web and desktop app in UNIFIED + WhatsApp templates

Currently, when using whatsapp, the desktop app opens directly, and from MacOS you cannot send quick replies or templates from there.

In order to use the web version (where it works correctly), we have to manually edit the link and change api.whatsapp.com to web.whatsapp.com, which is not very practical. In the panel there are two different buttons, one for the app and one for the web, and it would be ideal that this option is also available in Unified.

In addition, we believe that it is very necessary to be able to create WhatsApp templates directly from the system as previously mentioned in other feedback. This way, we would not rely on copy and paste from outside, and we could easily send them from Unified without predefining them in the app or WhatsApp web.
