Key dispatch settings according to customer type

We need that the key sending settings can be configured according to the type of unified customer: individual, company and agencies.

For example, what is valid for an individual customer and booking is not valid for a customer coming from an agency. For the former we require check-in and payment to be able to access the keys, but for the latter we cannot require payment (nor should they see the amount in the webapp or that it is pending), since it is done by the agency with a different timeframe than check-in.

We receive many agency customers and only a general setting for all does not suit us to be able to squeeze all the features of unified.
