Hi, we wanted to propose an improvement related to the visibility of the "Internal" field in the Booking report.
Currently we use this field to note if the webapp link has already been sent to the customer, among other things. The problem is that this internal note is only visible from the Arrivals report or by entering the booking, but not from the Reservations report, which is the one we use most frequently to track new bookings and manage the initial communication with the customer.
In our case, the customer's requests/comments appear in the confirmation email and so it is not useful for us to note internal details there. However, the "Internal" field would be, but we need it to be visible in the booking report as well so we can work with agility without having to go to the arrivals report day by day or open each booking individually.
We believe that it would not negatively affect anyone if this option was added, and whoever does not need it could easily hide it. In the end, the booking report is a very useful tool to review the last bookings received and manage tasks like sending WhatsApp links or noting internal issues, and it would be great to have that column there as well.
