We found missing the possibility of making a customer experience... that is, to be able to have a record of those things that customers could review, such as their favorite sports, intolerances, allergies, preferences, exclusive services, so that when they stay again at the Hotel we can make them a more personalized experience, and this would be nice if it were not in a generic field of observations.
