Add option to request payment/collect from "Add payment" window

Option to be able to charge via non-secure (without 3DS) to a previously tokenized card.

Also, this will entail a refactor of the interface, you have to add buttons under the headings of Items, Invoices and Payments. Just below each we will have the tools:

- Items: transfer charge, add item
- Invoices: invoice, proforma, deposits
- Payments: add, charge, request.
