Unified will show a specific warning when a booking reservation is automatically cancelled by the client and it is non-refundable.
The importance of this is that once the client cancels and assumes the cancellation costs, we have a limited time to access the card data and be able to charge the stay, since booking by default is going to practice the commission.
It has happened to us that in some reservations we have passed the established time to see the credit card and the only option is not to charge it and claim the exemption of the commission, so a significant amount is lost.
