I would like to propose a change related to the check-in process in the system. Currently, when the conditions of full online registration, confirmed payment and clean room are automatically met, the system automatically checks in the guest. At that time, access credentials to the room and common areas are also sent to the guest.

My suggestion is to offer the option to perform this action manually, even if all the above conditions have already been met. In some operational cases, it would be preferable for staff to have final control over the exact moment at which the guest moves to in-house status, for example, to better manage coordination with other departments or to adapt the process to specific situations.
