Automatic checkout for tourist apartments

Well, those of us who manage tourist apartments and do not have a physical reception, it is very difficult to mark the actual checkout. To facilitate the cleaning management it would be good to be able to automate the checkout in all the apartments at the time of departure. We would only mark for the cleaning service the apartments that leave before their checkout time, this way the girls know which apartments to start their tasks on.
