It is common to receive calls from groups requesting prices for different combinations of accommodation. We are missing a tool to create quotes, with which we can issue a PDF with the specific offer/s and have it recorded in the PMS in a list.

The difference to the tentative function is that this affects the availability in the planning.

This function would also be used to keep track of calls received that have been given a different price or conditions.

You could even generate an interactive PDF with a link to confirm the offer that the customer likes best. In this way, it does not affect the availability.
