I would prefer that we do not receive confirmation emails of the booking attempts that people make through our booking engine if they have not finally made the payment and have not been formalized. Receiving them only gives us room for error and makes us waste time having to verify if it is really a formalized reservation or someone seeing what happens if they follow the steps. I would prefer to receive a confirmation email when the reservation has actually been formalized. Thank you
