Invoice. Select all "not at all" button

When invoicing group bookings, and selecting the items to be invoiced, a select all button appears for each sub-booking. When there are e.g. 20 rooms, it requires 20 clicks.

We need to have a button to select absolutely everything at the top as there is in other areas of unified, such as check-out.
