Function Quotas

The different quotas we have for certain agencies we solve them by making blocks in the calendar to guarantee availability. However this process is a bit tedious as we have to delete an existing block, create the new booking and then re-do the block on the remaining days.

We propose that within the time lock function, a "quota" option be enabled. It would differ from the other lockouts in that a reservation could be created on them.

In addition, it should be possible to define the agency in question and an expiration date, for example, 7 days. In this way, if there is no reservation in each deathline, they would be released automatically, adding availability for the rest of the OTAs.
