Good afternoon, it would be very useful for us to have an internal segmentation of the origin of our reservations, independent of OTAS integration and other means. We would like to give a bonus to our internal staff for direct bookings and for this we need to identify their procedure (but not only the reception). We are a real estate agency and we have internal management of our hotel establishment and our employees collaborate through reception with direct sales. How could we keep statistics and data to be clear about who prevents the internal booking. It would be a great help for us if it would be possible to implement this section in PMS.
