Hello! 🙌🏻
I wanted to bring you another improvement that we consider important to ensure operational continuity in case of technical incidents.
Currently, the access code generated (in our case, the TESA lock code) does not appear in the arrivals report. If at any time the system fails, the power goes out or there is a service outage, we do not have a simple and quick way to access this information in a grouped way.
Our proposal would be:
That in the arrivals reports (or other relevant reports), an additional column be included where the access code generated for each reservation appears (for example, the code generated by TESA).
That this report can be manually downloadable or, better yet, can be scheduled to be sent automatically every day at a certain time (as discussed in the previous proposal on scheduling reports).
For example: that at 11:00h the arrivals report of the day is automatically sent, including for each client its corresponding access code.
Why would this be important?
In case of system failure, connection failure or power outages, we would already have a physical and updated record of customer access codes at hand.
This would avoid having to go one by one checking or writing down the codes manually every day, speeding up the process and ensuring that the operation of access to the apartments/rooms is not affected.
We believe this would be a very important improvement to reinforce operational security and streamline contingency procedures.
Thank you as always for your attention and dedication.
