Introduction population / city

To avoid a step in the introduction of Province / City, it would be good that putting directly the city already loaded automatically the province.

The repeated ones could appear for example as "Cieza (Cantabria)" and "Cieza (Murcia)" in order to select the correct one.

It would be a small improvement of speed, but that is repeated many times every day.
