Improved Automatic Mailing Templates

We would like to propose an improvement related to the automatic mailing system, as we believe that with a little more flexibility we could adapt much better the communication according to the type of customer and reservation.

It would be great to be able to:

  • Create as many email templates as we need, without limit, to be able to customize according to different situations (e.g. bookings with extras, different languages, etc.).

  • Configure mailings according to more advanced triggers: be able to choose the time if it is sent X minutes, hours or days before or after certain events, such as booking confirmation, check-in or check-out date, card charge, end of free cancellation, online check-in done, etc.

  • Establish filters that allow us to customize shipments according to channel, rate, cancellation policy or regime. This would be useful, for example, to exclude Booking so as not to generate a duplicate email in your chat, or to send different emails for refundable and non-refundable rates.

  • It would also be very useful to be able to condition the content of the email according to the extras included. For example, if a reservation has a late check-out included, the check-out email could say directly that the check-out is at 12:00h instead of showing the standard time.
