PMS ENHANCEMENTS AS CHANNEL MANAGER

Hello Hotelgest team,

We would like to consult if it is possible to implement or activate certain key functionalities in the PMS to optimize our daily operations and sales strategy. Specifically:

1. Restrictions by occupancy.
   We want to be able to set different minimum stays depending on the number of people per booking. For example:

   • Minimum stay of 7 nights for bookings of 2 people.

   • Shorter stays (e.g. 3 nights) for 3 or 4 persons, as they are higher priced and more profitable for us.

2. Advanced management as channel manager
   We are looking for the PMS to allow us to act as a full channel manager:

   • Close availability for 2-person bookings, keeping it open only for 3 or 4 people.

   • Close certain sales channels directly from the PMS, for example, temporarily close Booking.com and leave only our booking engine active.

3. Agile modification of restrictions
   We would like to be able to quickly modify minimum nights restrictions, similar to how prices are modified. Ideally, using the keyboard (tab key) to move between days, without having to open day by day manually.

Could you please let us know if these functions are currently available or if there are any additional modules that would allow us to implement them? We would also appreciate any recommendations or alternative solutions you can offer us.
