Manual modification of the automatic tourist tax article

We would need to be able to manually modify the tourist tax item that is automatically created according to occupancy and stay, since sometimes customers arrive a day later or one of the occupants arrives later or leaves earlier and therefore should not pay the tax for the days they do not stay overnight. If we do not have the option to modify it manually, the amount that the client has to pay in the Webapp is not real, we are overcharging the client
