ALLOW BOOKINGS FOR LESS THAN THE MINIMUM STAY, PROVIDED THERE IS A "GAP" AND A PRICE INCREASE CAN BE MADE

In July and August we have a minimum stay of 7 nights, but sometimes there are "gaps" of 4-5 nights unfilled, as clients do not leave and enter the same day in the same apartment.

We would like to have a rule that we can accept bookings of less than 7 nights (and more than 3), as long as there is a "gap", and increase the price by 25%.
