Customization of concepts and visibility of data on invoices

We wanted to convey an improvement related to the customization of invoices, which is frequently requested by some customers, especially corporate ones.

1. Hide certain data, such as number of guests accommodated, as some companies only want the invoice to show the data of the owner and the amounts invoiced, without additional details.

2. Modify the name of the concept that appears by default on the invoice line. Currently the name of the room type is usually shown (e.g. "1 Bedroom Apartment"), but in many cases we need a more neutral or generic text, such as "Accommodation", "Stay" or even customized terms depending on the customer.

Proposal:

• Include an option to manually overwrite the name of the concept/product that is printed on the invoice, directly from the booking file or in the invoice generation process.

• Add an optional checkbox to hide the data of hosted guests in the generated invoice (PDF or printed).

• As an extra, you could include the possibility of defining translations or texts by language for these concepts, or save customizable templates for quick use according to the type of customer.

• Download in different languages from a selector that allows us to choose the language we want the invoice.

These improvements would allow us to offer a more professional and appropriate invoice presentation for each customer profile, without having to make external adjustments or issue corrected invoices manually.
