Good morning
Many times mistakes are made when creating delivery notes in the bar and assigning them to rooms: items are included that are not consumed at the end or the delivery notes are charged to the wrong room, for example.
Once the delivery note is assigned to a room, the bar staff can no longer modify it, therefore these errors are communicated to reception (which is where the guest accounts are reviewed to proceed to charge them at check out) and it is where we find that we can not correct them because we can not modify the contents of the delivery note, nor can we delete them, as they reappear in the account after a few seconds. This generates long and uncomfortable check outs and undue charges so please we need a more agile solution from your part than having to go running to the panel to delete the delivery note at the check out if we realize the error and re-generate the charge from there.
