Automatic scheduling of reports to be sent by mail or inbox

Hello everyone! :)

I would like to share with you a suggestion that we believe would be very useful to automate repetitive tasks and optimize daily operations.

Currently, to access reports such as arrivals, departures, production, etc., we have to download them manually. We think it would be a great improvement to be able to program the automatic generation and sending of these reports.

Our proposal would be:

• To be able to schedule automatic reports to be sent by email or to appear directly in the Unified inbox (or in some internal mailbox within Hotelgest).

• Allow to configure frequency, schedule and recipients.

• Also be able to apply specific filters to the scheduled report (e.g., today's arrivals only, or confirmed booking production, etc.).

Examples of use:

• Every morning at 8:00 a.m., the daily arrivals report is automatically sent to ejemplo@ejemplo.com.

• Every month, on the 1st at 8:00 am, the production report with customized filters is automatically sent to the email ejemplo@ejemplo.com.

This would help a lot to the reception, operations and administration teams, facilitating the daily and monthly planning, avoiding forgetfulness and saving time in the manual download of documents.
