Hiding payments still shows a menu with the pending payment in the webapp although it is not accessible when clicking and the pending amount is not seen. For reservations from wholesalers, traditional agencies and ultimately any reservation that the customer has previously paid (or the hotel receives a different amount than the customer paid previously), or a gift voucher.... this generates confusion to the customer. They usually contact to inform that they have already paid their reservation and you have to explain, something tedious. We believe that the ideal would be to hide payments not to show anything related to payments in the app, ie, hide the entire payment button where the balloon appears in red with "Pending".
