Receive cancellations or modifications from Channex

I used to have the Wubook channel manager and we received emails when booking.com bookings were modified or cancelled. Since we have switched to Channex this does not happen, we only find this out through the booking.com app, but if the person at the front desk does not have access to the app, that information does not get through. I would like Channex to communicate booking variations, just like they do when a new one arrives. Thank you
