Reminders with programmable push notification in the Unified app

We would like to propose an improvement on the current task system in Unified: the possibility of converting certain actions into programmable reminders with push notification on the mobile, directly from the app and on pc.

Currently tasks are useful, but they are more intended for operational functions such as housekeeping or maintenance. In our case, we need to be able to mark certain critical points in a reservation (tentative, pending payments, important revisions) and have the system automatically notify us at the time of our choice, without having to manually check them.

We propose that a personalized reminder can be created from a reservation or from Unified with:

• Free title and text (e.g. "Check if prepayment has been received for this attempt").

• Possibility of assigning it to one or more users or groups (reception, reservations, management).

• Allow to program exact date and time for the notification to be triggered.

• To be received as a push notification in the Unified app, just like received and cancelled reservations.

Examples:

• Tentative with a deadline to confirm.

• Pending payments to be validated before check-in.

• Check if a card has been tokenized correctly after sending the link.

• Validate special conditions of a reservation (such as a deposit exception or additional cleaning).
