Various tourism quality certification systems require providing the user/guest with a means for them to make complaints and/or suggestions during their stay. The traditional way is to have a paper form to provide only on request.
It is proposed to study the feasibility of providing through the guest's web app a small section where the user can report incidents, breakdowns, complaints and suggestions so that it is recorded in the PMS and can carry a quality control in a comprehensive manner of the hotel.
The information provided according to its nature would be reflected in a list of reports or a section within the booking details.
