Canceled reservations to be held elsewhere

It often happens that we are called to accommodate groups and when we do not have availability for all of them, we have to transfer some rooms to our partners' accommodations. In those cases we invoice the totality of the reservation.

Right now, in the planning, the rooms that we refer to other accommodations remain in the playground as overbooking, with their error warnings and so on.

We suggest that you give this a thought in case there is the possibility of including a specific option for these cases and even for when we have not presented the option to keep it visually in the planning because we have to charge and bill. Currently, if we move it to a playground the availability is not modified. We know that we can cancel the reservation, but I think this can lead to errors later on.
