Reservations closed by default

We find that the blocking of rooms has a time limit and as time goes by the possibility of reservations is opened.

In our case we prefer to open the reservations from year to year.

I think that either put an option for each property to choose how it suits them best or that they are closed by default and are opened manually, to avoid reservations with outdated prices.
