User only with document scanning functionality for cell phones

I think it would be interesting to have the option of a mobile user that only has the option of scanning the information of entries, departures and occupancy but without the ability to change anything. We must take into account that sometimes people come to help us at the reception on days of many entries that should not have the option to have access to so much information or to be able to modify any reservation that maybe by mistake they could do it.
