We consider it necessary that the documentation records made from the reception should appear validated in the client's webapp, without the need to click on the check-in button.
In exceptional cases we have to proceed in this way, either due to difficulties of the guests to check-in online or other situations that occur in self-contained accommodations, assuming the risk that this may entail.
In that case, when uploading the documentation prior to the guest's arrival, the access in the app is not unlocked and the experience is not completely smooth.
